Overview of this location

The riverside walk along the Meguro River at the bottom of the slope. Several hundred cherry trees line the water, and in blossom season the path slows to a shuffle. The rest of the year it is startlingly quiet — mostly locals using it as a commuting route, watching the water as they go.
