Overview of this location
The sunrise viewpoint on Mt Daruma's summit. The sun climbs from the Amagi side, and Suruga Bay and Fuji float beneath the reddening sky. The summit is a short walk from the Nishi-Izu Skyline, which makes it a favourite for dawn ascents.
