Overview of this location
The Daikokuya inn at Akasawa-juku in Hayakawa, a surviving lodging on the pilgrim road between Mt Minobu and Mt Shichimen, descended from the Edo-period confraternity inns. It stands at the heart of a village of stone paving and boarded walls on a very steep slope.
