Overview of this location
A prefectural high school north of central Takayama, founded in 1886 and the region's traditional academic school — known as the model for Kamiyama High, and the alma mater of author Yonezawa Honobu himself. It is a working school: no visits, and any look at the exterior should keep clear of students commuting. The starting point of the story is still just a school, going about its day.
