Overview of this location
The great bronze torii of Enoshima Shrine, at the head of the approach and thought to have been rebuilt in 1821. The shrine comprises three sanctuaries — Hetsunomiya, Nakatsunomiya and Okutsunomiya — each at a different height on the island.
