Just outside the Electric Town exit, where Akihabara's foot traffic is at its thickest. The space in front is a standard meeting point and flyer-handout spot, and looking up you catch the Akihabara Radio Kaikan tower and the signage stacked along Chuo-dori. Step into the side streets from here and you're among the parts shops and maid cafés.
