Beside a bank at the top of Gonnosuke-zaka, right outside the west exit of Meguro Station. The pavement here is narrow and the crowd moves fast, but a few dozen metres on it softens into a shopping street on a slope. Bus and taxi stands cluster nearby, so mornings and evenings are especially busy.
