Overview of this location
The Kaminarimon at Asakusa, properly the Furaijinmon, with the gods of wind and thunder standing on either side. Its great lantern is 3.9 metres tall and weighs some 700 kilograms, and it marks the entrance to the Nakamise approach to Sensoji.
