Overview of this location
The path along the Takano River. There is a route on top of the levee and another at the water's edge; people favour the upper one in blossom season and the lower one the rest of the year. You can walk from Demachiyanagi to around Shugakuin without meeting a single traffic light, which makes it a school run too.
