Overview of this location
A cylindrical fashion building on the wedge of land in front of the station, open since 1979. Its name is a pun on Tokyu — to (10) and kyu (9). In the 1990s it became the national home of gyaru street fashion, and in 2018 it was rebranded SHIBUYA109. Framed together with its facade screen, it is one of the defining images of Shibuya.
