Overview of this location
The building facing the scramble crossing, instantly recognisable for the huge Q'S EYE screen on its facade. Since it was completed in 1999 it has appeared in almost every news shot of Shibuya. After the 2024 renovation most of the building is occupied by SHIBUYA TSUTAYA, now a hub for character and IP goods.
