A fishmonger on the shopping street. Trawlers land at Oarai's port, so the slab carries anglerfish in winter and whitebait and flounder from spring into summer. Anglerfish are butchered hanging — the tsurushigiri method — and in winter you can sometimes catch it being done right at the shopfront.
