Overview of this location
The prefectural library in Okazaki, founded in 1909. The present building, completed in 2001, preserves the façade of the original designed by Takeda Goichi. It holds its corner of the Okazaki cultural zone, alongside the great torii of Heian Shrine and the art museums.
