The area south of Ogikubo Station along Kanpachi, the ring road. Ogikubo has long been a junction — Kanpachi meets Ome-kaido here — and car dealerships and roadside businesses line the main routes. The traffic never quite stops, yet one turn off it the prewar residential streets pick up again.
